Recently, all of the properties were part of a multi-million dollar makeover that brought upgrades and renovations to each of our 124 guestrooms.

Maryland Inn - Discover living history in The Maryland Inn. With views of the State House, the waterfront, or downtown Annapolis’ famed Main Street, each of the 44 guestrooms in The Maryland Inn welcomes guests with warm and inviting décor. And to make sure your stay is a comfortable one, all of the rooms in The Maryland Inn are equipped with new televisions with cable, hairdryers, high-speed Internet access, telephones and private baths.
Governor Calvert House - Faces Colonial Gardens on one side, the Maryland State House on the other, and graciously entertains visitors in its 51 guest rooms and conference center with warm hospitality in the Maryland tradition.
The Governor Calvert House is home to the front desk for all three properties and is where your experience begins. Whether you’re staying at the Governor Calvert House, the Robert Johnson House or The Maryland Inn, you’ll check in at the Governor Calvert House when you arrive.
Once home to two former Maryland governors, sections of the Governor Calvert House date back to 1695 – making the building one of the oldest in Annapolis. Facing the State House on one side and the Colonial Gardens on the other, the Governor Calvert House offers 51 elegant guestrooms. The rooms in the Governor Calvert House offer high-speed Internet access, new televisions with cable, high dryers and telephones. The Governor Calvert House also hosts a majority of the meetings, social functions and other catered events in the Atrium and Calvert Ballroom.
Robert Johnson House - Built in 1773, the Robert Johnson House overlooks the Maryland Governor’s Mansion and the Maryland State House. Originally three separate houses, the Robert Johnson House has been fully restored and furnished as one distinct property. It features 29 guestrooms furnished with antiques and reproduction pieces. Like the other two buildings, each of the rooms in the Robert Johnson House includes new televisions with cable, hairdryers, high-speed Internet access, telephones and private baths.

The Governor Calvert Center provides meeting rooms for groups of 10 to 250 with more than 8,600 square feet of flexible function and banquet space. Located inside The Maryland Inn, the four-star Treaty of Paris restaurant is one of the most celebrated dining establishments and restaurants in Annapolis. In April 2004, the Restaurant Association of Maryland inducted the Treaty of Paris into the Hospitality Hall of Honor.
